By accessing or using Gather, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Use of Services
You agree to use Gather only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict the use of the service by any third party.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Payments and Billing
Where applicable, subscription and payment terms are provided at purchase. Fees may change with prior notice as required by law.
Community content and conduct
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED
If you post prayer requests, testimonies, comments or group content, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to display it to the audience you choose. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break them, and you can appeal those decisions.
Churches on Gather
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED
Churches create and manage their own pages, events, sermons and giving purposes and are responsible for that content and for how they use member information in their dashboards.
Giving
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED
Gifts go to the church you choose through our payment partners. Gifts are generally non-refundable; contact the church or us if something went wrong. Digital items sold by churches are available on the web only.
AI study helper
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED
The optional AI study helper can make mistakes. It is not a substitute for Scripture, your pastor or professional advice, and it is clearly labelled wherever it appears.
Age
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED
You must be at least 13 to create an account. Children under 13 can use Kids mode, which has no social or AI features and collects no personal information.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Gather if these terms are violated or for security, legal, or operational reasons.
