Delete your account and data

In the app (fastest)

Open Gather, tap your profile picture, then Settings → Delete account. Confirm with your password or PIN. Your account is closed straight away.

Without the app

Email us from the address on your account and we'll confirm it's you before deleting it.

What gets deleted

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: retention periods under NDPA 2023

• Your profile, sign-in details and devices
• Highlights, notes, bookmarks, reading history and plan progress
• Prayer journal, gratitude entries, fasting and sermon notes
• Posts, comments and reactions in the community

We delete this within 30 days. Records of gifts and payments are kept for as long as the law requires, with your name removed. Content your church holds about you (for example attendance) is removed from your account; ask your church if you want them to delete their own records.
